In 1994, Israel was recognized as the best designer for his German kitchen design by The National Kitchen and Bath association. 

In 2002, Israel designed and manufactured a kitchen, bathroom and library for a house that competed in The Street of Dreams in Las Vegas. 

In 2003, Israel was deemed Best designer and presented with the grand prize by Desi Architecture.

From 2002 to 2006, Israel served at the Art Institute of Nevada on the Board of Advisors and he introduced the art of custom furniture manufacturing on the curriculum of the school for interior design. 

From 2004 to 2005, Israel received the Design Merit Award from Sub-Zero/Wolf for 3rd place kitchen design in United States.
